Trauma-informed, body-wise, and accessible. Available online and in-person.
In this space, yoga becomes more than shapes on a mat – it becomes a way to listen, soften, and come home to yourself.
I teach Somatic Yoga with a trauma-informed, body-wise approach. It’s slow, intentional, and rooted in the nervous system.
Every class invites you to move from the inside out, gently exploring sensation, breath, and presence.
Unlike Western traditional yoga, which focuses on external form, Somatic Yoga emphasizes internal experience – awareness, curiosity, and the art of feeling.
It’s not about performance. It’s about restoration and trauma release.
This is yoga as it was originally intended: a practice of connection and compassion, both with all levels of yourself and the world around you.
