I’m Kate-Nirlipta O’Leary—a yoga teacher, somatic guide, writer, and lifelong student of healing. My work is dedicated to helping people gently reconnect with their bodies, settle their nervous systems, and return to a sense of inner safety.
Through the practices of somatic yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork, I support individuals to soften, to release, and to remember what it feels like to come home to themselves.
I didn’t come to this path through ease — I came through experience.
Yoga held me through loss, through stress, and through the quiet ache of disconnection. It became my refuge, and over time, it became my offering.
My work is rooted in lived experience, deep study, and a commitment to healing that honours both science and soul. I believe that healing isn’t about getting it perfect — it’s about learning to meet yourself where you are, with compassion.
Every morning, I return to a simple but powerful mantra:
“I am enough. I do enough. I have enough.”
These words remind me — and those I work with — that healing isn’t something we must earn. It’s something we remember.

Everything I offer is designed to be accessible, invitational, and grounded in both evidence and empathy.
I live in a beautiful coastal town on the east coast of Australia, with my beloved border collie, Ika. I adore campfires, singing, soulful train journeys, and a good laugh—preferably daily.
I also practice a daily meditation. It’s my anchor—a space to breathe, to feel, and to begin again. Meditation, for me, is not about escaping life; it’s about meeting it with grace.
And I hold deep reverence for the power of gratitude. Gratitude isn’t just a good feeling—it’s a powerful medicine for our hearts and relationships. Science shows that it eases stress, balances heart rhythms, and helps us form deeper, more meaningful connections with others. Sometimes, a quiet thank you can shift the whole day.
If you’re looking for a healing space that welcomes your whole self—your joy, your pain, your uncertainty, your hope—you’re in the right place. I invite you to explore, to breathe, and to reconnect. Gently, and in your own time.
