Kate has a rare and incredible ability to transport her yoga participants to a place of inner stillness, peace and positive self-awareness. Her classes are unique and uplifting, as she imparts her deep knowledge of the self healing that can be achieved through authentic yoga practice. Kate has guided my yoga journey through many phases of life over the past 8 years, including 2 pregnancies, and her insight and compassion have inspired me at every turn.

Yoga with Kate,...........it would be well over 15 years that I have had the pleasure of being involved in Kate's- Yoga Classes in the Narooma area......Through Kate's teachings & understanding of Yoga from her many years of experience in the practice of Hatha Yoga I have come to learn a lot about how my Body, Mind & Spirit works to achieve well being in our lives. Kate is very thorough when doing a class, making sure that each person is doing the asanas properly to achieve the best benefit & always the first to ask if someone is not sure on what they are doing. I must say that it has changed my life over the last 15 years to the extent now, where Yoga has become an integral part of my lifestyle on daily basis. The health benefits of doing yoga on a regular basis & most importantly doing a class with Kathleen regularly has had a large bearing on my own personal health & understanding of the benfits you can acheive from doing it. Kate I am looking forward to another 15 years (hopefully !!!!) of doing Yoga with you. I love yoga with Kate! Yoga day is my favourite day of the week, a special time I dedicate to myself. Kate has shown me that yoga is so much more than postures and stretches. Her knowledge and experience is shared gently with love and kindness. The Breathing Space studio is filled with loving, healing energy. Natural light floods the room, the birds sing in the garden and the ocean waves area gentle sigh in the distance. A very special place to practice yoga and meditation. I feel blessed to have found Kate and her classes. Her yoga is the real deal, truly a mind, body and spirit experience.

There’s something about a yoga class with Kate. From the moment I take my shoes off at the door to when I leave I feel nurtured in a compassionate, tranquil and loving space. I believe that Kathleen modifies each class intuitively to suit the mood and various ailments of the group. The class is all encompassing with postures, breathing, relaxation, meditation, visualisation and sometimes singing whilst always being reminded to be present and that this time is dedicated to you. I depart the class feeling more centred and restored and ready to face the world again.

Kate instructs GR8 yoga sessions. The format of her classes whereby you discuss issues that we might bring up because, at the time, we feel challenged, is indeed helpful. She is aware of where we are all at - without us having to say much about it.

Kate, as you know I have been taking Yoga classes for over 30 years and I simply love your teaching method. Kate always allows a total immersion in the many facets of mind/body movement.
