With over 40 years in the healing and helping professions, I offer a space for restoration, regulation, and real-life renewal. My work blends trauma-informed somatic yoga, nervous system science, and soulful presence — helping you return to a felt sense of safety, balance, and belonging.


In my approach, I guide you in practices that support healing on a somatic level — beneath the surface of the story. When we move gently, with mindfulness, the body processes experiences in a way that bypasses mental overwhelm. As your system relaxes, it can feel as though trauma has been metabolized. The mind softens, and clarity returns without fear or anxiety creeping in.
